After the repair he casually brought up adding gas dryer vent/internal cleaning plus refrigerator coil cleaning, making it sound like a small, inexpensive add-on. I agreed. He later quoted $500 ($249 for dryer + $249 for refrigerator). After some back-and-forth we settled on $350. This is the red flag: No price was ever quoted or confirmed before the extra work started. If he had told me the real cost upfront, I would not have agreed to it. Their website promises ?clear quote before any work begins? and ?no hidden fees,? but that didn?t happen. The washer repair was decent and the parts are working so far (done June 1, 2026), but the add-on was pitched and priced in a misleading way. I ended up spending over $800 total when I only needed the washer repair. Very disappointed with the lack of transparency.."
