He repaired any damage to the floor where needed and refinished the floor.  He was able to complete the job in a short period of time as we were closing soon.  The new buyers and I were both happy with the results.  It looked like a brand new floor.

two coats of clear poly down. They installed all the granite in the kitchens around the walls and one big Island in the center. The granite had to be spliced but they matched the Granite up and glued it together and polishied it out and you can not tell were the splice is.
