I didn't want flat paint on cabinets that I have to clean but they didn't ask, they just went ahead and painted everything with the same paint: ceilings, boards, baseboards. The work on the floor was excellent. Half of the work was good and half wasn't including a plate they broke. It was a wall switch backing plate, but they never came back to fix it. He said he was going to since they broke it. The workmanship was good. They didn't use enamel on the cabinets and the trim. They could have been a little more honest on their pricing. They kept adding priced things to it. They got the floor with one price, to put a new one down was another price. Originally I didn't fix the floor. I thought that messed the whole job. Then it so slowly unfolds. I wish their floor man would go with somebody else or go independently. I won't use them again.
Description of Work
I used Billy Odom Roofing Construction for painting one big room and fixing the floor in one spot. They ripped out a little floor, evened it up, put concrete. They leveled the floor between the adjoining room and they painted the 400 square feet and that included the cabinets and they did it all in flat paint.

They covered rotten wood with flashing and shingles. When i called them, in an attempt to get the issue resolved, they never returned my call. Well, they came back out and replaced MOST of the rotten wood, at probably half of the price they would have charged had they done it right the first time. "Caveat Emptor" (buyer beware) when dealing with this company.

I apologize that it took so long to respond to this but we had no knowledge of this review. We gave Mr. [Member Name Removed] an estimate to remove and replace the roof, soffit, and facia. The contract you signed had only the roof replacement because you did not want to do the soffit and facia at that time. For the Record we did not cover any rotten wood work on the roof. When you called back we were very busy with storm damage and could not get to your job for a few weeks and we explained that to you. We discounted your facia and soffit repair due to the fact that we were very busy and had to work it in. Every time we spoke to you, you were perfectly happy with the job.
