I didn't want flat paint on cabinets that I have to clean but they didn't ask, they just went ahead and painted everything with the same paint: ceilings, boards, baseboards. The work on the floor was excellent. Half of the work was good and half wasn't including a plate they broke. It was a wall switch backing plate, but they never came back to fix it. He said he was going to since they broke it. The workmanship was good. They didn't use enamel on the cabinets and the trim. They could have been a little more honest on their pricing. They kept adding priced things to it. They got the floor with one price, to put a new one down was another price. Originally I didn't fix the floor. I thought that messed the whole job. Then it so slowly unfolds. I wish their floor man would go with somebody else or go independently. I won't use them again.

They covered rotten wood with flashing and shingles. When i called them, in an attempt to get the issue resolved, they never returned my call.
Well, they came back out and replaced MOST of the rotten wood, at probably half of the price they would have charged had they done it right the first time. "Caveat Emptor" (buyer beware) when dealing with this company.
