"We’re sorry to hear you still feel we walked off the job. As was discussed, the initial disagreement over how to cut the staircase carpet was entirely our fault and something that should have never happened. Any type of disagreement should be immediately discussed with the sales representative so that a solution can be made. I truly apologize for my installer’s behavior in this matter. However, everything that happened after the disagreement was out of our control. You spoke with our entire management team for several hours after the incident to try and calm you down but you were only interested in yelling at everyone you could. I pulled the sales representative working with you off the showroom floor to come to your home to speak with you but you refused. You locked our installer out of your home and I had to contact the McKinney Police Department to escort me to your home three days later to recover my installers tools. I'm sorry my installer started an argument but you spoke to our entire team and no one could calm you down to try and make the situation right. We are not perfect but we stand behind our products, service, and installation and we did everything in our power to complete the job. You simply would not let us."
