"I hired Top Hat to remove an old privacy fence and replace it. The job was done quickly and efficiently and the new fence is beautiful! "It went very well. My only complaint was that there was not literature (warranty, maintenance instructions, etc.) that came when they installed it. They said that it would be e-mailed to me. It never was. I also had a technical question so I called them. They put me though to the specialist but I had to leave a message. They never called me back."
