Vegas Concrete

DO NOT HIRE THIS CONTRACTOR!! Met with Alexxiz to review our project to widen our driveway. He gave a fair estimate and we signed a contract for the work and paid 1/2 up front with the remainder due upon completion. Team arrived as scheduled and worked 9a-4p to remove and grade the ground for concrete. They didn't go all the way to the curb as they still needed to get the permit so we're still approx 12ft shy of the full length. They set up the forms, laid out rebar left for the day and the work stopped there!!!! The following Monday he advised he was unable to get the permit due to licensing issues on his side but if we paid another $750 he 'had a guy' that could pull the permit for him. Nope - not happening!!! Since then we spoke and he said he couldn't complete the work and we needed to find another contractor. Said he'd go through receipts to determine money owed back to us... 1 week later and no work from Alexxiz and he's not answering calls, texts or emails!!

Vega did an amazing job. Truly a professionals professional. He’s a perfectionist and made sure everything was done just right! He showed up on time and got a huge patio extension and front garage extension done for us. I’d highly recommend! Definitely the best in the business and he’s going to take over. Highly recommend his services! He treats the job as if it were his own house! 10/10.
