He also recommended Galvanized mesh for the soffits and failed to tell me that bugs could get to the attic thru that mesh. We had to add to the estimate and add the bug mesh during the job. It turned out they could not get to the part of the attic where the major problem was. They still ignored that part in spite of me calling or texting them daily for more than a week that there still is a raccoon up there. They kept saying he will come out. They only acted on that part of the attic when the raccoon died and the smell permeated the house."
