Excellent on all fronts.  The system was so old and quirky that a complete re-do would have been the best solution.  As an economical alternative, the provider did the best he could with what he had to work with and restored the system to being functional.  He didn't even charge for this service.

They did a great job and we liked it. But the only thing is they couldn't finish the painting on the metal windows because they requested an extra to pay them into windows even though they came to check on the house and gave us a quote.

Bottom line i think i got ripped off because of the situation. The only parts they brought in was about 20 foot worth of copper piping, which couldn't have run more than $75. The rest of the $700 was for 1 1/2 hours of labor?? Wow can I quit my programming job to become a plumber at $175 dollars...
