"Right before my warranty expired the bathtub I had refinished started peeling on the area in front of the tub. When I called to get it fixed the office that did the original job was redistricted and would not service me so there was some back and forth with the new location in my service area taking responsibility for the repair. They finally agreed to do the repair but never completed it. The area they fixed was patched but never repainted to match the rest of the tub so it now looks white in some area's but a dingy gray on the patched area and now my warranty has expired."

"The Smart Home features they installed, such as thermostat and door locks, etc. do not always work. For example, the Honeywell thermostat can no longer be operated from our phones and is difficult to install. Remote door locks are also unpredictable."

The owners manual recommends checking the chain tension & adjusting it if needed. He did not look at it at all. He did not perform a safety check either."

They have over three decades of prior experience working in the field. This experience has allowed them to figure out what does and doesn’t work for window installation. Through this, they’ve created a step-by-step plan that enables them to install the windows right the first time, every time.

I think Bill may have taken a little more time with the installation than someone else might, but he was a perfectionist, extremely detail-oriented, and did a wonderful job. I love my new patio door and am happy I chose Window Pros of Texas!"

None of them were able to get the door installed quickly, due to shortages caused by factory Covid-19 lockdowns, however Window Pros was able to do the installation in six weeks, while the other companies needed 12-14 weeks. As far as price, Window Pros was in the middle. I wanted to know more about the doors they used, so I googled the brand doors, and found that the lowest bidder’s doors had lots of bad reviews, whereas Window Pros’ NT Doors got excellent reviews, and comes with a lifetime warranty, plus Window Pros offers a lifetime warranty on labor! "Beware! The salesman that comes out to your home will tell you anything just to get you to sign on. Then they’ll change the story after the fact once it’s too late to cancel. Thankfully we only signed up to have 4 new windows installed as opposed to the whole house. The install crew was cursing up a storm during the install and it turns out after they left we found a crack going all the way down the wall where they installed the window from excessive hammering. I made champion aware of this and the rep on the phone insisted it would be taken care of, come to find out they’re refusing to do anything about it. Misinformation from champion around every corner and at every point during this process. Go with a different and more reputable company. We sure will for our next batch of new windows."
