They tried to sell her more than $20,000 of unneeded repairs using high pressure sales tactics. She opted for the almost $4,000 OVERPRICED gutters (her home is less than 800 square feet). When we tried to call them to cancel and to share about concerns they do not answer any of their 8 phone lines. Well actually, they do answer one line - the one for free estimates where they can come to your home and use aggressive sales tactics. I sat on the phone on hold all morning and never got through. I wanted a second opinion so my roofer recommended Homegrown. He was able to squeeze us into his schedule very fast and to my delight I didn’t need a whole new system.
