Beware! The salesman that comes out to your home will tell you anything just to get you to sign on. Then they’ll change the story after the fact once it’s too late to cancel. Thankfully we only signed up to have 4 new windows installed as opposed to the whole house. The install crew was cursing up a storm during the install and it turns out after they left we found a crack going all the way down the wall where they installed the window from excessive hammering. I made champion aware of this and the rep on the phone insisted it would be taken care of, come to find out they’re refusing to do anything about it. Misinformation from champion around every corner and at every point during this process. Go with a different and more reputable company. We sure will for our next batch of new windows.

Ladd went over everything discussing our various options for replacing windows. He explained the technology incorporated in the design of the windows. We were pleased with the competitiveness of the quotation.

We have used Champion in the past to do all the windows of our home, and we’re happy to see Champion again on TV commercials. Ladd, the rep who came out today, was friendly and knowledgeable. He explained the several purchase options that we are considering. He was helpful for sure.

Contract signed in April and as of today, November 26, 2017, the work has not been completed. When we signed the contract, we were told that the entire project would be complete in two to four weeks. The workers assigned to our project were highly unskilled and unprofessional. The windows are now installed correctly, after having to replace a broken window that was installed BROKEN. The siding bulges in several places, many pieces are cut too short, trim work and siding was so bad that another contractor "ASSIGNED" pulled it off but has not replaced it yet. We also sustained roof damage from unskilled workers. The list of concerns are long, but we can't express enough how dissatisfied and disappointed we are with Champion. This includes broken promises made by upper management. It appears that no one at Champion can complete our project. BEWARE OF CHAMPION!

It went exteremly well. Very pleased with the instilation and the service and the product itself. Yes, I would use them again. The product is quality product and they were very professtional in the sales presentation. They didn't pressure during the sales presentation and the installation speed and accuracy was amazing.

It was very good. It was fine. I don't remember the price. I had quite a few quotes, so if it would've been for their price, I wouldn't have hired the, They were fair. I would use again if I were to ever need to have it done.

We have had nothing but headaches since we picked them as our window contractor. As of July 2018, they have not finished with my replacement windows - it has been nine months. The amount of time I have spent dealing with this company is ridiculous, they have not kept any of their promises since day one. I am still getting excuse after excuse from them. I was mistaken by thinking I was dealing with a reputable window company. During installation, two of the windows were broken, months later I still cannot get them to fix the damaged windows. We are told that they cannot find an installer to replace them due to the fact that they do not employ installers, they must contract them. I was assured that I was getting a ten-year warranty with the windows, if nobody is available to come fix the warranty work it seems as if I am out of luck! Please look for a company who will stand behind their products and warranties, not Champion Windows!

They did good work. There’s only one complaint. They forgot to do my footers. The price is pretty expensive but they know what they’re doing. I would use them again but I would make sure that they did everything that I ask them to do.

The story still continues as of Jan 24, 2015.  On Dec 23, 2014 a team of 3 "installers" showed up very late, was to arrive between 8:30-9:30AM, arrived at 10:45. (An installer and sales person had come out and taken measurements and photos of area within a few days of initial order.) Crew was unaware they needed to remove a Fantom Screen door, needed to go to the store for proper drill bits.  It took them forever to remove door and side panel, pulling some of the surrounding wall board off in the process.  They broke stone that was under the door plate, so far the repair to that was done successfully.  They were there over 6 hours, job not done.  I'm told by the installation supervisor that the job should take 3 hours. They didn't have wood strips for around the outside, so they went to the store again and purchased cheap pine that wasn't mittered correctly nor was the piece on the right side long enough, short by about 6 inches. THey had difficulty putting in the locking system, but after they left we went out to dinner only to return and find ourselves locked out, lock was jammed, couldn't lock or unlock.  Luckily we could enter the house through the garage.  Also lots of light showing at base of the door but we were told we needed to buy some weather stripping to attach to the bottom of the door ourselves.  Screws were not set properly, crocked, not sunk properly.  Crew promised to finish job on Dec 24th and said they would be there 7-7:30AM, no show no call.  We called office around 10 AM to find out they were on a job in Temple, TX.  They were to come in the PM after that job.  No show, no call, we called around 3:30PM to find out one of their crew was taken to the ER.  We told them to please come back first thing on the 26th.  Very embarrassing to have to have Christmas guests enter our home through the garage.  On Dec 26th, no show no call after being told they would be there between 8:30-9:30AM.  Finally told after we called that that crew was no longer employed by Champion.  Side note, this team and the next installer who was sent had been found on Craigs List, installers told us that.  Not sure if references were checked out, I'm guessing not.  Second installer and supervisor came out around 4:30PM on Dec 26th.  Supervisor went to buy a whole new locking assembly.  We were told it was mangled and bent, what was in there.  New installer then put new locking assembly in and promised to return on his own time on Sunday, Dec 28th to take out the entire door and side panel and reinstall it.  Both he and the supervisor agreed that it was not installed properly.  2nd installer did reinstall it all, but couldn't finish that day. We had an alarm system that wires had to be reconnected by alarm company.  They couldn't come  for several days.  Once that was reconnected, 2nd installer returned again to put what would be called finishing touches on the job.  He needed a new wood strip for one piece that was still missing for the outside of the door.  He asked us to pay for that and some wood fill, $18 worth so he could finish the job.  He told us he had only been paid $150 for the job and had no funds to buy supplies.  He is no longer working for Champion.  We thought this job was completed until the light of day and we inspected the "finished" job.  There is still some light filtering in at the top of the door.  The holes initially drilled in side panels had wood putty smeared in and around nail holes.  One of the holes drilled initially in the door for the lock assembly has a nail protruding to the inside so it was unscrewed slightly from the outside and the inside hole had some wood putty put in it.  Some of the insulation was showing on the outside strips.  Wood trim outside had been mittered poorly and wood filler smeared around the area.  The whole job was not worth the $6700 that it cost.  We have to this point only paid them half.  No one called us to check to see if we were happy with the job.  We called and the installation supervisor came out and agreed with us that this was not done to the standards it should be.  He has reordered an entire new door, side panel and locking system.  Could be another 6-8 weeks because the door comes from another state where headquarters is located.  He explained that they are undergoing an entire change in people.  THe sales person is gone, both installer crews are gone, supervisor we dealt with is gone too.  They have agreed to put the new door and also put in a new matching Fantom screen door(at no cost to us) since they are unable to put our old one back in.  We will see.  I pray we aren't disappointed again.  Hopefully by the end of March this nightmare will be completed to our satisfaction.  The whole situation has made us regret buying this door and wish we had just gone with Lowes or Home Depot.  While there have been lots of apologies and the offer to replace the entire job and put in a brand new fantom screen door at no charge to us, we feel further financial compensation should occur for the aggravation and continued inconvenience, but not counting on that.  In looking at the "A" ratings this company has I am guessing that perhaps the reviews occurred in previous years.  I was told by our 2nd installer that our initial crew had botched 4 jobs that needed to be completely redone, some of which were for windows.  Haven't seen any reviews from those people yet.  I will be happy to edit/add positive results when and if this occurs in the coming months.  I would have been willing to wait to review this company until the job is completely finished, however, I received a "special offer" via Angies List email that is obviously going out to all area Angie"s List subscribers for a window deal and the company shows an "A" rating, which hasn't been our experience and I think folks should be aware of recent problems.  This "A" rating was the biggest reason we initially went with this company. UPDATE: As of the middle of March 2015 the door was  replaced by an installer that actually knew what he was doing.  The company installed a new Fantom like screen door at no charge to us and took $600 off the initial cost of the project due to the major inconveniences and all the problems we encountered from the initial order at the end of Oct. 2014 until the last installation in mid March 2015.  While the door looks and is preforming as we had initially hoped for, I don't think I would have the confidence to go with this company again.

They're a large company. They're very professional. They have a product for just about everything we need. I like everything that they have. I was very impressed with them. They called me and asked me which one I liked better The materials they used was really good. If I call them and they didn't answer the phone, they'll always come back within an hour. They're on time.
