"I contacted them because my lawn was in bad shape. An inspector did come out and made some recommendations. He seemed to be knowledgeable and friendly and willing to help, and answered my questions patiently. He also gave me some suggestions about the upkeep of the lawn. Left me with an estimate and other helpful literature about lawn diseases, etc. I did call another company for the same problem, and they pretty much made the same recommendations. They were about 25% more expensive though for the same service. So I decided to go with Real Green. They did set me up with an appointment for the core aeration pretty quickly; they have in general been very responsive on the phone. I was told someone would show up in the morning of the scheduled day. Come the day of the appointment, no one showed up at the appointed time. I called and was told that I was the last stop on their schedule, and so someone would show up at the end of the day (3-5 pm). I waited till 5 pm, still no one showed up. Called them again; was told the person was running 1 hour behind. He finally did show up around 6:30 pm. Was pretty quick and efficient with the aeration though. I was happy with the results, although he missed a couple of spots (I guess they were hard or nearly impossible to get to with the big aeration machine). Overall I'd say I am pretty satisfied for what I paid; they were not very punctual though."
