"I really wanted to write a glowing review. I was honestly planning on it, because Albert was so nice to me. His price was reasonable, and the installation and planting was great, but service after the sale and warranty work is non-existent. The crew was very professional, and then Albert explained how my system worked and then walked me through the operation on 6/30 when the job was completed. However, he promised to come back with root stimulator early last week for my Italian cypress trees and never showed and never called. Then, the system had an issue and it was spraying water, so I had to shut it off. He promised to be here 7/16 to fix it, and again, no-call/no show. He then promised to be here on 7/18, and yet again, no-call/no show. That makes three no-call/no-shows in about a week, and my plants are suffering. Albert told me that his dad had a stroke right after the job was finished, but I fail to see where that would affect Albert's ability to text or call when he had arranged it with me. He could have sent his very competent crew, but didn't bother. Another reviewer said Albert never bothered to show up, and the response was "wrong person". I seriously doubt that, because Albert has proven to me to be completely unreliable and flaky. I am disabled, and have trouble standing or walking, yet I had to stand for 2 hours yesterday (7/18) watering plants in the broken zone after he flaked on me FOR THE THIRD TIME. I've already had 3 new plants die, and am now having to look for someone to fix the system that is still supposedly under warranty. You'd think for $3600, Albert would have at least texted to tell me he couldn't make it."
