"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"Jennifer responded immediately to schedule an estimate. Michael provided a detailed quote and answered all of my questions. After selecting M&J Home Improvement of SA, Michael coordinated with me to schedule the repairs and provided all information I needed for my prior approval from my homeowner’s association. Michael and his crew was on time, prepped the entire interior and exterior, performed the work perfectly, and cleaned the work are every day. The work included repairing studs and header beam that had rotted. To complete, they needed to remove interior drywall, insulation, a large window, and replace the studs and beams. They then removed the damaged exterior stucco and replaced. The project took about 8 work days to complete and looks better than new. We also had ceiling and drywall damage in our garage following a summer monsoon that was also repaired at the same time. M & J did such an amazing job that we will be using them for a kitchen and master bath remodel as well as to repair exterior French doors that were improperly installed by the previous owners."

"Outstanding from start to finish.  I met Charlie Rakosky and he gave me a good estimate of the work to be done.  The painting was delayed due to cool and wet weather, but once started, the job took about 2 days.  The crew - Hector, Mario and Francisco - were very pleasant to work with.  They started on time and did a thorough job.
 In addition to the power washing, caulking and painting, they sealed the area between the Hardie siding and the slab.  360 uses only top of the line paint and caulk.
The Sherwin Williams satin paint looks great.  Highly recommend them.

"They matched existing siding with a similar pattern to existing siding on the rest of the house. Added trim around siding and window. Painted to match rest of house. Started job quickly and completed all work within several days. Hauled away all old materials and cleaned up the area where they were working. Very satisfied with the results. I would recommend this contractor and will use them again for future projects."

"I had a roof leak, which turned out to be a lack of sealant in the neighbor's siding (I have a townhome).  He sealed the area, and went around my room and sealed some exposed nail heads, as well.  He also informed us that the new siding on both my neighbor's and my house needed additional sealant, so we could have the contractor come out and complete the job we'd already paid him to do.  Excellent service, very professional and friendly.  I would definitely use this company again!!
