They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. "All work was done in a timely, professional manner.  Shingles and majority of the work was done within two days with a few items finished a few weeks later-a skylight that had to be ordered, etc.
Everyone did a top notch job.  The roofers even went over the grounds two times picking up nails after the job was done, and did a very good job at that.  They were very pleasant folks.  We were glad to have them do the work.
After the ridge vents were installed, I noticed s savings in my electric bill, too.  We wee able to raise our thermostat by 3 degrees and still stayed cool in the last few hot days of summer.  Ridge vents are definitely the way to go.
