"Fantastic, Marko and his crew,worked quickly. The took up the old plywood to the beams in the bedroom .They put down new plywood and the new laminate flooring so quickly made it look so easy. ( I tried it and it is not). They worked together like a symphony. The bathroom had 4 layers of flooring then they removed and old rotten plywood. Replaced new plywood and laminate flooring and reinstalled the sink and toilet. They did a fantastic job!!! We will be hiring them again . We have Two new rooms . They just look so amazing... Thank you Marko and your team?"

"The first problem was they had to reschedule my appointment twice and it was up to me to contact them when they didn’t inform me of the delays. Then when they finally showed up their employee was extremely rude and unprofessional. And the. After they left I discovered massive damage they did to the ceiling in my garage when accessing the attic. Now after trying numerous times to get some compensation for the damages they are giving me the complete runaround. The manager I was told to email wasn’t even in the office. Then the next day when I finally spoke to her she said she had to talk to the owner and call me back. She promised a call back by noon. I called around 1:30pm and was told she was at lunch. I called back around 3:30pm and was told not only had she left for the day but she was on vacation next week. RIP OFF ARTISTS! Do not ever use them."

"Things went up to the attic fine, most spots on walls were patched fine, but for some reason, some spots were not touched. Grout on floor in bathroom was fine, but grout in shower was MUCH too dark. When I replied to the owner I recieved no response. I will never hire them again."

We accept a retainer for services, once the contractual obligations are met, for 40 % of the job total. Once the project has ben completed to the customers satisfaction we collect the final 60% on all projects under the amount of ten thousand dollars. We do accept retainer for projects over ten thousand dollars however it is a smaller percentage and we make withdrawals for line items remaining as they are completed.
