The first problem was they had to reschedule my appointment twice and it was up to me to contact them when they didn’t inform me of the delays. Then when they finally showed up their employee was extremely rude and unprofessional. And the. After they left I discovered massive damage they did to the ceiling in my garage when accessing the attic. Now after trying numerous times to get some compensation for the damages they are giving me the complete runaround. The manager I was told to email wasn’t even in the office. Then the next day when I finally spoke to her she said she had to talk to the owner and call me back. She promised a call back by noon. I called around 1:30pm and was told she was at lunch. I called back around 3:30pm and was told not only had she left for the day but she was on vacation next week. RIP OFF ARTISTS! Do not ever use them.

They are very thorough and they explain every step as they were cleaning our ducts/ vents for our house. We highly recommend them

The techs were awesome. Both were extremely thorough and detailed, with great consideration for our cats with the machinery. They moved furniture as necessary and put it back in exactly the same spot, and even gave us a couple of tips on how to minimize vent noise. I’m gonna recommend them to everyone I know who needs air duct cleaning.

 Great stuff in my opinion. I had my chimney cleaned earlier this week and I’m very pleased with the service. The technicians were gregarious and real pros. I’m definitely a happy customer.
