Oil change wa fine. The rest not so much. I have a 2012 dodge ram hemi. I had 37000 miles give or take a few miles on it at time of service. I take my baby to the dealer for all my services at the apropriate intervals. At 31000 mi I had all of my fluids changed and a tune up done at the dealer. So this guy comes in and tells me there's a few thing he would like me to see. So I go with him and he tells me my powersteering fluid my trans fluid my axle fluid my brake fluid and my air filter and sparkplugs are due to be changed out and I need a fuel injection service done. I look at him crosseyed and inform him that I just had my services done at the dealership. The d****** didn't even look he just went off of his paperwork.. Then keeps on trying to push the services. What a friggin tool.

Inspection was quick and I didn't have to wait long. Both cars passed! Would use them again for the state inspection.

My safety inspection/oil change was wonderful....very nice people.....the reason I did not rate them is because I went there for help when my A/C went out and the A/C mechanic told me it would cost over $1000.00 to fix it.....and because it was his day off he could not order the parts until the following Monday.....in the meantime I went to the Honda dealer and they told me it was a $100 charge due to a bad relay.......This place is wonderful for oil changes or safety inspection, but ALWAYS get a 2nd opinion before letting them work on your car.

When I am there, they'll let me know what I have to do for whatever mileage I am on. I really love them. Whoever it is that runs the business here in Copperas Cove is really good. They did oil change. They are very good about looking at what is it for me as far as service goes. They will do all my various services that I want to have on my car; adjust mileage and things like that. They are just very attentive to my car. They saved me from having to go to several different places. They can't replace my tires but they can do just about everything else. I feel like they are familiar with my car because they are the ones that always service it. They can do everything. They do all the various maintenance to see what I have done on my car. They will let me know if there is any recall or any problem with my year model. I get better service from them than I do from where I get free service, so actually I pay Kwik Kar to get my oil change and everything else done, while I could have it done for free there because I have one of those free service for 2 years, but I don't like the service there, so I don't go. They are fast. I will continue to use this provider again in the future.

I went in for a trip check and oil change. My car was given the thumbs up for the trip check and the suggested maintenance was a full tune up. I hadn't performed a large maintenance on my car in a while and I was about to go across the country so I opted to have the tune up. I was given an estimate. I was not pressured at all. They said it would take about 2 hours and I had my kids with me so they offered me a ride home, but I opted to walk next door to mc donalds. I was called about 45 minutes earlier than expected. Paid the price I was given as an estimate and walked out feeling confident my car would keep my family safe on our trip.
