Rick arrived when he stated he would. In fact, he called 15 minutes out to ensure I was home. Upon arrival, he inspected the leak and provided a quote of $75.00. He complete the work immediately because he had all of the necessary replacement pieces on his truck. This took about 15-20 minutes. He then inspected and corrected all aspects of our lawn irrigation system. He provided a bill before he left. The actual bill differed from his quote by less than $2.00. He was polite, respectful, friendly and professional!

Great and better than ever. He was contacted after I couldn't get a hold of Freytag, who initially installed the sprinkler system. So Rick came at his promised time, did the job quickly, efficiently, and finished the job complete. Unless I have a problem, unforeseen, I shouldn't be seeing him. He has his business in order and has been in the area for over 40 years.
