"I had a small job replace tile in my master bathroom. I had a few other people come out who wouldn't bid on the project. Empire did and set up install two days later. The installers were nice. They quoted me 4 hours however ended up taking much longer than they expected and I think they ended up rushing at the end which one tile seems a bit uneven and there is a lot of excess grout left on the edges. But was able to clean it up pretty easily. I may have them come fix the tile 2 year warranty on the labor which is pretty nice."

Within three full days, they had removed all the old tile, leveled out the floor and installed new luxury vinyl planks throughout my entire home. We had Ricardo leading the demo team and Sergio leading the install team. These guys were fast, communicating with me the whole time, very knowledgeable and super respectful. "Our first experience we had carpet removed and hardwoods floors installed, about 1000 sq ft- beautiful! Next we had tile replaced, another near 1000 sq. ft. Travis was the Project Manager and oversaw the remodeling of our kitchen. Any remodel can be very trying, but Travis communicated with us along the way. We are very pleased with the results. Attached are before and after pictures of the kitchen remodel and the hardwood floors. The kitchen cabinets were very light in color, but we had them stripped and stained to match other wood in our house. LOVE the granite counter tops, Typhoon Bordeaux. Travertine tile replaced previous tile in the kitchen, breakfast area, 2 bathrooms, entry way and laundry room, as well as all transitional spaces. It looks amazing!"
