"Service selected was not the correct, but cleaning a roof top dryer vent wasn't listed. Was called to clean out a dryer vent on the roof. Quoted me $350 to do a "thorough clean, which consisted of chemical cleaning along with lint removal. He "thinks" he found the right pipe. When I asked him if he did the chemical he said no. Why did he say no, because he wasn't sure which pipe was the correct one. One goes to the Heater, one goes to the hot water heater and the not sure about the others. I asked him, so if the full service you quoted me for was not done, will the price come down, the answer was no. I paid him. So honestly, I have no clue at this point if my dryer vent was cleaned or not. And I don't think he knew either. I was responsible for paying the young man. I should not have paid full price quoted. I'll have to call a different company who will take the time to find out exactly where this pipe vents. And the company I wrote the check to was not the company I called."
