We are very happy with him. He got right back to us when we left a phone message. We are happy with the service we get.

They torn out the out boiler system and replaced with a new gas furnace. Also tral changed the duct work and added a new efficient central heat and air system.  Works great.  They were very professional, and got everything done in the time quoted.

Thompsons provided exactly what I purchased with excellent service in the process.  I have used Thompsons for several heating or air conditioning services over the years and would not hesitate to use them again in the future!  Keep up the great work!

We had been having some issues with our furnace. We had another company in Alexandria out to our house twice and each time were told it was something different.
The technician from Thompsons was on time -that was an improvement from the other vendor. He tore apart the entire furnance and cleaned parts that the other company had ignored. He told us that the two items the previous company had said were the issue were not. In fact the other company had set the gas pressure so high on our furnance, the tech from Thompson's was a bit shocked we had not had issues with the furnace unit! He took the time to explain what was wrong and options to correct it.
A week later we recieved 2 calls and a written quote for future services (they had suggested we replace the furnace.) The company provided quotes to replace just the motor as well as a quote to replace the entire furnance. We will continue to use Thompson's for any heating or cooling issue we encounter!!!
