This was warranty trouble call, so my insurance company picked Justice A/C. But after having had several other companies fail repeatedly to preform in a customer focus way, this was a different experience. They came the same day. They fixed the problem. And they took the extra time to do it right the first time.
"THIS IS NOT A CUSTOMER OF JUSTICE A/C. THIS IS SOME RANDOM PERSON THAT HAS ISSUES WITH ONE OF OUR TENANTS. SHE IS AN UNHAPPY PERSON AND KNOWS I HAVE A BUSINESS AND IS ATTACKING THE BUSINESS TO GET BACK AT ME FOR NOT LIKING MY TENANT. SHE LIVES ACROSS THE STREET FROM A RENTAL PROPERTY I OWN."
"We apoligize that our $75.00 fee was to pricey for this customer, however we are glad to say that the owner himself went out to your home and temporarily fixed the problem until it was properly fixed. The free estimate we gave this customer was to fix the problem permanantly. We do evaluate our costs at all times and make changes to our business everyday to ensure satisfaction. Once again, we apologize and hope you have a great holiday."
"Thank you for your postive review. This is greatly appreciated and although we can not make all customers happy, I ensure you that a great review are always the best. We strive to keep everyone happy and we look forward to fixing everyone's heating and cooling problems. That is our job. Happy Holidays to you and your family. God Bless."
This was a great experience all around. Justice A/C Heating Inc did a great job, quickly and cost effective. ?JC? was always very personable and polite. His work was top notch and went out of his way to insure I was happy with the installation. Very Punctual and quick to get me the quotes I requested. The price was fair. I will defiantly be using Justice A/C Heating Inc in the future for my A/C and heating repair needs. It?s nice to see a local company that?s not just out to rip off the consumer. Thanks again!!!

"Thank you for your positive post. It is very appreciated."
He was at my home for no more than 40 minutes.
This is the second time I have used them with the same results - great!
When I get ready to replace the a/c unit which is getting old - over 10 years - I am calling Justice A/C first.
"This customer did not understand how his home warranty policy worked. Some things are covered and some are not on warranty policies. But when customers agree to pay for something, yes we as a business expect payment. The miscommunication was not between our business and customer... it was just the customer not wanting to pay anything. We did the job and got it done right. As the contractor; we paid for it. Not to mention, we were the second company that went out there because the first contractor could not diagnose the right problem. Our company did diagnose the problem, reported it to insurance company and the insurance company then contacts the customer to get the problem corrected and paid for. The non-covered part of this job is something that the customer has to agree to pay for out of pocket before we do the job. This customer agreed to pay only $320.00 on an outside unit, replaced and installed with his warranty company. But that is all this customer was to pay for and even at that; this customer wanted more. This customer still argued because he agreed to pay this upfront and in the end after all work was done, he did not want to pay. The work was completed and unit is working and running fine for this customer. I had to try to get some payment for our non-covered cost and job was completed. It's what was agreed per his warranty company and after all said and done; customer wants to walk away with a new free unit and he did. And yes, We did argue with cusotmer because after all work was complete he DID NOT PAY $320.00 because he still was not happy. I am sorry this customer was not happy but we did our job and it was done right. He has a new unit, it is working and running as should be. And again, all for a lower price of $220.00. because I as the business owner had to drop my price because this customer argued with our company and did not want to pay. We came to an agreed amount of $220.00. This still was not fair to us. We lost money, he gained new unit, working and running fine. Thank you very much."
"Thank you for your positive feedback. It was a pleasure doing business with you."
"Business 101, as business grows...so does overhead. Need to raise prices to stay in business. As a multiple homeowner it is your job to find the good deals that suits your business. You were a great customer and sorry to have lost you."
