"Our plumbing started backing up on Sunday afternoon. Tim responded in less than an hour to investigate the problem and deduced a collapsed main line in our 62 year old home. He got our systems usable that day, and returned the following morning with his crew and started digging. As there were no visible clean outs, they started in the most logical spot and were spot on. This when we found that our home had 2 main lines and that one was 8 feet away from a 60 year old pecan tree. His crew had dug both trenchs and made sure that we also had working plumbing on one side at all times. The final connection was made on that Friday.
