Roto Rooter Plumbers - Lubbock

Perfect. Showed up on time. Cleared the drain. Also, on pervious service calls when it was more complex, they snaked a couple of drains to be sure they got the problem fixed.

I called on a Saturday morning. The receptionist was very professional . I was the next call. They called before arrival,in approximately 1 hour. I explained to the service tech that this was my 3rd time to have them out for the same problem in the last 6 months or so, back up of sewage/ bubbling of toilets when washing machine draining. He was polite, I showed him all the bathtubs that had sewage back up, he went to the roof, snaked the main drain. When the 2nd tub wasn't draining still, he asked to borrow my plunger because he didn't have one. After he plunged it clear, I showed him where it had leaked from the clean out part under the tub spout, asked him about it and whether or not it should be cleaned out, he said I could just unscrew it and clean it out and screw it back in. He also said,and quot;kind of strange it went up that far.and quot; He then said he would get the invoice and be back. After he left, I cleaned out the thing under the spout myself, full and disgusting, and then went to the other bathtub and it was still filthy, with the old , now dried up sewage stuff , in the tub. I think he could have taken the extra 5-10 minutes to clear out that vent and rinse out that tub, and maybe keep a plunger in his truck. So far, the toilets are flushing and tubs are draining though.

Roto rooter did my rough in plumbing for my new home. First of all the price was way too high according to other plumbers with respect to the number of bathrooms and square footage of my house. They did not test any of the piping when they were supposed to and I ended up with leaks under the slab as well as gas leaks (and that's VERY critical). When I found out about the leaks, I called and they told me to call someone else to find the leak. Being under their and quot;warrantyand quot; I asked if this was going to be covered and they said no. When we located the leak, I called and the lady said she would have the plumber call me. I tried this about three more times and they would never call back. I just can't believe you can over pay people and they still refuse to complete or take responsibility for their product. Really disappointing.

I called the septic tank people and they drained it.
I am calling rotorooter back to come back and do the 'snake' thing to make everything flow better.

We had never thought of using Roto Rooter for anything other than stopped up drains.
When we discovered our water heater was leaking, we wanted to take advantage of a sale at Home Depot and increase the size of the water heater.
I contacted several of the main stream plumbers in Lubbock( including some listed on Angies List) and was informed by them that they would not install the water heater bought myself. That was not acceptable for several reasons and I took them off our list.
My wife suggested that we try Roto Rooter and contacted them while I went to buy the new water heater. They arrived before I returned from that errand and had the old heater disconnected and mostly drained by that time.
The plumber that performed this service was very professional, courteous, and did this job quickly and had the new heater installed and heating in a very short time. The price was fair and no and quot;extrasand quot; were required.
We recommend their service and will use them again.

I have had many years of Roto Rooter's service due to my on going plumbing problem. I request the service, the service was performed satisfactorily and service was paid. Until recently, my plumbing problem, expectedly, became worse. I discussed this with the last two service representatives. Each gave excellent advice. They encouraged me to listen and look at what they were doing and discovering. The last person fully explained what was causing the problem and possible solutions since I had concrete covering my drainage line. I got financing and followed the advice and great news!!!!! I have not had to call Roto Rooter any more.

The tech comes out, does the job and explains what he found. Very polite, friendly and clean. They also installed a new sewer line several years ago and the cost was less than half of the estimate I had gotten from other companies. All of the work was checked at intervals by a city inspector so have reasonable certainty it was done right.

It went well overall. Happy with the service.

We have always used Roto Rooter for out plumbing services since we moved to Lubbok 3 1/2 years ago.We have been satisfied with their service..
We called again in March 2013 for needed repairs.Upon the Roto Rooter's arrival we had previously called about services needed. The repairmen left immediately to get parts for the shower repair....for the leaking shower. It took quiet a period of time for their errand. Upon their return they repaired the shower.

They then took a look at the toilet which was reported running each time the toilet was flushed..Instead of replacing the kit, they just bent the rod. Later that afternoon while trying to shower, It was found to be running cold water only. Again they were called regarding the new problem. Later they returned and adjusted the water temperature. Three days later the toilet began running again each time flush.

Another Plumbing Service was then contacted. They replaced the toilet with a new flushing system.It has worked perfectly since.

The new Company had wonderful attitudes and great work ethic.

They did a good job. They cleaned everything up and got it working. They just sent one person. The price wasn't ridiculous.

They are excellent. I use Megan, he's the one that comes out and he's really good. They are reasonable, punctual and professional. They are real good. They are on time and they come right out.

Overall, they are always here the day I call and never leave a mess.

I was very pleased; my water heater went out on a Saturday morning, I called them, and they came right out. They said that I need to replace it, and by that time it was early Saturday afternoon. They called one of their suppliers and were able to get and install a new one. I was pleased because it was a weekend, but they came and took care of me. I'm not sure on the price because I bought a really big water heater, but I think it was probably within the ballpark. They did a good job; in fact the water heater was so large that they brought in an extra guy to help install it. I would use them again in the future.

One of them they did real well and the other one was done by this skinny guy and he scratched my tile, He slid it across the bathroom. So that wasn't good. They don't have this kind of tile anymore. My house is 50 years old so I cant replace it. Generally they are quite capable, I've used them for years.

I called Roto-Rooter because I was having water back up in my tub. They were at my home in about 30 minutes. Did the job for the price they quoted and were very careful about not making a mess in my home! Love Them!
