"First, Jay Young Plumbing had a *person* answer the phone and not a synth system. Next, she asked, in a very pleasant way, what all I needed. She then said that she had someone in the area and they could likely be there in an hour or so--after completing a different plumbing task. When the plumber, and his son, showed up at the house, they called first, arrived soon after, were courteous and kind, charged a reasonable price, and were on their way. Within less than I week I received a very kind "Thank you" note and fridge magnet. I was especially impressed with their kind approach that honored my needs and privacy and with their genuine appreciation of my business.
