"This cleaning service was performed on a rental property. The last tenant violated the lease agreement by having a large pet dog. The pet dog was allowed to run free inside the home. The tenant left without attempting to clean any of the filth or repair any damage her unauthorized pet caused. Areas needing more attention because of the filth left by the former tenant and her dog did not slow them down. They never let up until they were 100% complete.
