His work was of excellent quality and he tended very nicely to the details to make sure if looked perfect. "My husband and I were off during the holidays and we His & Hers Mulit-Service. Veronica and Mike came the same day to meet us, understand our expectations/needs and view our home. They were very timely and gave us a quote later that day. When we accepted, they further accommodated us by coming the next day at noon, the time that worked best for us. We were pleasantly surprised and extremely happy with the job they performed. We have used others in the past and I have had to "re-do" or finish after they left because it was not satisfactory. I did NOT have to do that with His & Her service. They cleaned as Veronica said they would, "from the top to the bottom". When my husband and I inspected after they left, we were so surprised to see even the areas we felt would logically be missed, were clean! Doors, both sides were clean, baseboards, light fixtures all through out the house were spotless (and we have a large number of glass globe light fixtures). Even pictures and mirrors looked brand new. Our large master shower shined from ceiling to the floor. The wooden floors looked perfect as did the carpets and tile. Veronica, Mike and the crew the brought were very friendly, neat and professional. I will be using them again. They are a pleasure to work with and take pride in the job done and their business. She told me she would clean our home like it was her own, and that she did!"

"A lot of small stuff was off uneven tile seat where water won’t run off , did not evenly space tile to get rid of small pieces. Installed towel rack about three inches off center and covered our bedroom with a thick dust."

"Paul and his crew were really great. We had a complete remodel of our small Tech Terrace house bathroom. They were hard working, communicative and tidy. Our tile job and the floor are especially well done. Some small issues with plumbing and electric but Paul knew exactly who to call AND at no additional charge. Paul is a creative problem solver! In these old houses, it's a much needed skill.
I would like to add that Paul was the only contractor we talked to that allowed us to pick our materials from a large discount store, not a high-end supplier who's prices would have been three times higher. An example - the sink we bought was $450 at most places, we went to ****** and bought it for $150. The tile was similar. This cut a $10,000 job down to a $7000.
Our job took a bit longer than expected but there were surprises along the way. Our work crew just kept going, even at 9PM (with our permission). We will call Paul Pena again for some other projects."

"I met Jill at our home and she took measurements and photos of our sons' room. We talked briefly about my ideas for the space. She provided several concept boards, for window treatments, furniture, and an overall "look" for the rooms. She also provided us with floor plans for each room. She brought paint colors, fabric selections, etc. Our first job with Jill was our sons' room. For the playroom, she had some pretty unique ideas that were right in line with the contemporary- but not too modern- look we wanted. She helped me with tips on doing some of the decorative painting myself, but also provided a few resources in case we wanted to hire the job out. She also helped me coordinate a subcontractor who handled a set of beautiful custom blinds. Jill tells me that in some cases she handles all the shopping, but that's part of the fun for me so she provided a list of links and stores for the items she chose. She gave a few choices for almost every item- budget and higher end. That allowed me to meet my budget while still getting some showstopper items, because we were able to save in other areas. Within a few weeks the room came together and got rave reviews after I posted the before and after photos on Facebook. And of course our visitors were amazed at the transformation. In the interim, we were redoing our guest bathroom on our own, and Jill was able to come into the project to help us choose tiles, wall colors, and vanity choices. A quick job that turned out really well considering the turn around time. A few months later we hired Jill again to rethink our living room and dining room. We were on a much more limited budget for both rooms but wanted to see what she could come up with considering some challenges in both the shape of the rooms and that I wanted to integrate some antique pieces we already owned. She came up with a brilliant look that blended our older pieces with a contemporary and clean look and we came in well under budget. Working with Jill was a lot of fun and we expect to continue to work with her to refine the look of our home. When I was considering hiring an interior designer I was worried about my low budget and lack of experience hiring someone to make these kind of choices for me. But it turned out to be the best decision we've ever made for our home because she allowed us to transform each area well under budget and much more quickly than we ever could have done on our own (well, we would have taken forever to make a decision on every item!). My favorite rooms in the house are the ones she's worked on with us. I just feel so happy that we found Jill Seidner."
