Areas needing more attention because of the filth left by the former tenant and her dog did not slow them down. They never let up until they were 100% complete. Everything turned out better than expected and we are very comfortable with the decision to allow Amarillo Steam Team to solve the flooring issue. The end result was better than expected. His work was of excellent quality and he tended very nicely to the details to make sure if looked perfect. I appreciated his professional advice regarding what would be best for transitions and layout. He paid close attention to the details regarding the pattern of the tile and what would look best in placing each piece. We couldn’t be happier with the finished product! We would definitely use him again for any other tiling needs in our home."

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
