"I really needed my outside faucet replaced, it was not working properly and was very hard to turn off, to prevent leaking. I called Excalibur Plumbing and they sent Curtis out to fix my issue. He was very friendly, courteous and easy to work with. I use this faucet a lot in the summer time to water my flower bed and my yard. It's now working better than ever! Thanks Curtis!"

"Our landscape architecture and construction studio, Twistleaf, contacted Texan Water in spring 2023 to assess the condition of an existing well at a clients property in Fredericksburg, in preparation for a large-scale landscape renovation project. Their technician was the consummate professional. Extremely responsive and knowledgeable, he took the time to answer all of our questions in person, then always followed-up with reporting and work orders as promised. After the initial assessment and with the passage of time, it was clear that additional work needed to be done on the well, which Texan Water executed in a timely and reliable manner, in concert with other trades working on site. Work was partially done to be finished but the owner after being asked to explain the work that will follow aggressively pooled out the previously fixed item claiming it was his and not yet paid for! I was standing there ready to settle which was not an issue to begin with! Be aware of this very unprofessional service!"
