They sent us a reminder the morning they were scheduled to come so we didn't need to worry if they would show up. Never had a business confirm like that before. Showed up exactly on time and went right to work. In our opinion they did a first class carpet re-stretch. Will use them again and recommend to anyone who needs carpet work. They also do installs.

Did an awesome job, had some carpet the cats went to town on. We had no extra carpet so he took some from a closet. It looks much better and can't even tell where the carpet was replaced. Will definitely hire again for any other carpet needs.
