We are greatly appreciative of Mr. Trel's patientence and helpfulness thru the process. He went to great lengths to ensure we were completely satisfied from beginning to end. The installation crew led by Mr. Saul, was very punctual and courteous and took great care to ensure that both the completion timeline and quality of the installation met our expectations. We were kept fully informed throughout the process and highly recommend theprofessional Energy Home Pro team to anyone looking to make a timeless investment in their home. Our new energy efficent double hung windows are definitely one of the best updates to our home to date!"

"Window Expo replaced my windows two years ago and I was so pleased, I had them replace the windows at my daughter and son-in-law s house. Lalo and his helper were excellent. They were so professional and very thoughtful in covering the furniture close to the windows and used drop cloths on the floor and under each window. They cleaned up after themselves and finished the job by blowing off the driveway of any debris that might have been dropped from the truck. I highly recommend Window Expo to anyone thinking of replacing their windows with new, highly efficient ones."

"My wife and I had Rick and Bordeaux Luxury Homes completely remodel our guest house last year (2019). We spent about three years trying to find a contractor who would either return our calls, see our house or provide a quote once they did see our house. Rick was the first contractor, of at least five, who contacted us, made an appointment, kept the appointment, and then followed up with a design plan and a quote. He was very good at explaining what to expect during the remodel process and providing remodel recommendations. Also, every Sunday throughout the remodel, he emailed us that weekâ s plan so that we knew what expect and which decisions we had to each week. We have an older home, about 75 years old, which needed extensive work both inside and out. We tried to maintain as much of the historic feel of the house while adding a modern, lighter, airier feel. Rick and his staff did that. Additionally, we had numerous special requests, e.g. replace a steel awning with an updated canvas awning, add an upstairs, screened-in deck, and retain but update the houseâ s wood/textured exterior, and Rick did a great job accomplishing those requests. We also had some unexpected obstacles arise during the remodel which Rick was able to work through. We originally didnâ t plan to replace the roof, but Rick found that we had a leak which would have caused future problems if not fixed. Rick has a pretty extensive team of subcontractors which made it easy to roll the reroofing into our existing remodel without delaying the overall project finish date. Overall, we are very happy with the remodel and feel that we now have a showcase guest house. Rick and staff exceeded our customer service expectations, gave and met realistic deadline expectations, and left us with a beautiful that weâ re proud to show off to guests."

"I rarely hire a company that I look forward to rehiring, but this is the one. What can I say? Prompt, courteous, reasonable price, quality workmanship. Thank you Mizell Brothers for reminding me that there are still professionals out there."

"James and Jaime arrived at my residence with a professional and friendly demeanor. Their first impressions was consistent from start to finish. Upon there arrival they quickly assessed the work to be done and began replacing my old water softener with a new one. After completing the plumbing reconfiguration, James and Jaime gave me a tutorial to program the new water softener. When the work was completed, the two gentlemen picked the trash and carried away my old water softener. The cost for services was reasonable and the office will work with you on any questions regarding reasonable cost adjustments. I would use Aaron and Hager Plumbing (new business name soon to be "Eager Plumbing") for future plumbing needs."

"All of the windows of my house were replaced. Big difference! House was built in the 70's so the original windows were still in place. Workmanship was fantastic. Have noticed a substantial energy savings. Currently Statewide, has been hired to replace my front door and the entire frame. I wouldn't have hired them if their previous work sucked. Their salesperson was knowledgeable and professional. The only reason I didn't rate them as a 5 is because I believe any kind of work always leaves room for improvement in some area. One window had come off its hinges and once I called, they sent a representative to see the damage and the window was fixed. Love their lifetime guarantee."

"Was on time for appointment. Review repair I required, gave me a price and scheduled the work. So far so good."

"The job was done on time and budget"
