I needed some sprinkler work done. The two gentlemen that came out were professional, friendly, and down-to-earth. They were able to complete part of the task. They were asked to repair a leak and provide some sprinkler cover lids. They repaired the leak but did not provide the sprinkler cover lids. Furthermore, I was billed for 1 hour of service while they went to get supplies. After speaking to a manager, I was told they charge for the time they are running to get supplies. Perhaps I am old-fashioned, but 30 years ago, we did not charge our clients if we did not bring the correct supplies. I am glad it only took an hour for them to go to Home Depot and come back or else I could have been charged more.
