While they were completing the project we enquired about extensive renovations on the house. This would include removing half of a double staircase, building a second floor office into the entranceway and splitting an existing Jack and Jill bathroom into two new ones. JR was easy to get along with, very pragmatic from the get-go and great at explaining pros & cons of various layouts. He also helped us organize the project into convenient phases, allowing us space to live in while other areas were under construction.
