I scheduled a grout cleaning on my 2-year-old house because it had the regular gunk build up from kids and pets, but nothing outrageous with any expectation of not being able to be cleaned in the normal course of a grout cleaning. The first day, the technician came and was very friendly, very nice. Unfortunately, when he left, we noticed all the gunk and grime had splashed all over our walls, our cabinets, our appliances, etc. Additionally, we noticed that certain areas in the grout were all of a sudden very dark, where they previously weren't. We called him back out the next day, and he apologized for the inconvenience, cleaned up the walls, appliances, and cabinets, and said the dark spots were just still drying and to give the company a call if it didn't dry in a couple of days. Additionally, there was some water damage to one of our door frames to the laundry room, to which he just responded, "I remember that door frame being damaged." Unfortunately, there is no way of proving one way or another, so I left that alone. About a week later, we called him back out, he said "no problem" and proceeded to re-clean the dark spots and said if that didn't work, maybe there would be a need to rework the grout and find a similar color. I followed up with him multiple times since then to no response. The last message exchange was on Feb. 2, where I sent pictures where the dark spots did not lighten up and asked what could be done. To which, Daniel responsed, "the next step to those areas is try to match the grout color with a color seal." When asked "when can that be done?" he simply said, "let me see." Since then, I have not received any type of response, call back, etc. My house, which was essentially pretty new, now has crappy dark spots on the grout, where there weren't any issues before. There was no actual remedy, and I got ghosted. It will now cost me another tiny fortune to fix the issue that was caused by your company.

Great service! I called at 2:15 pm on a Friday and they had someone there to perform the work by 5:00 and finished by 6:15. I never would’ve guessed they could have someone out that quickly. I’m extremely grateful for the promptness and the quality of work. We will certainly be using Upfront again.

Everything went smoothly. The serviceman came and got to work immediately and was finished cleaning 3 sofas, 5 chairs, 2 rugs, and 3 carpeted rooms within 3 hours. He also did a pet odor treatment before the cleaning and a protectant on after the cleaning. Our house smelled great!

Very well. Joseph arrived on time and we discussed the scope of the work requested. He got to work and took his time, doing an excellent job on everything - including the storage shed in my back yard, even though it wasn’t requested or included in the quoted price. Previously I’d had Upfront Services clean my carpets and they did an excellent job for a reasonable price so I felt comfortable using them again. Arrived on time cleaned the sofa. Very nice job. Took the rugs and returned them in a week. Installed new pads and placed the rugs back very professionally. Friendly and professional.

The serviceman was very professional and polite, also he communicated with me about his timing which I appreciated. The carpet cleaning was great, made the room smell fresh. It was most important to me that I found a company who used green, non-toxic products so I’m very pleased with UpFront Services. I would probably skip on the extra carpet protectant, I spilled some liquid on my carpet two days later and it didn’t “bead”. Overall I’m really happy with the carpet cleaning service and will refer to friends and family.

They were TERRIFIC! Joseph was very pleasant to work with and sent Philip out to measure, and Philip was exceptional at his job. Sergio and Ray did all the stretching and cleaning and I have NEVER been so pleased with a company as I was with Upfront. The quote was exactly what we paid, no hidden costs. Our stairs are lovely, the hallway looks great as well as the other 5 rooms that they did. I will be a return customer.
