"Danny did a whole-house remodel on our rental. This included a total redo of kitchen and baths (painting cabinets, new quartz counters and backsplash, building island, tile shower). In addition he installed all new luxury vinyl flooring in the house, did drywall work, painted interior walls/trim, blew in insulation in attic and painted the exterior. It was a lot! We were happy with his helpful suggestions and willingness to do whatever we wanted! Mid-way through the project he had a health scare which involved many doctor appointments. Also issues w/a worker. This made the project drag out longer than anticipated but he did finish and it did turn out really nice! Glad he is ok health wise too. He’s a great guy and would recommend him for smaller projects for sure!! ?"

"We are getting ready to sell our house and had several items on our list. They were all done efficiently and quite satisfactorily (attic ladder, gutter downspout replacement, rotten wood, and patio cover repair). The patio cover required disassembling the metal structure, extracting damaged polycarbonate skylight panels, and replacement. Victor knew exactly how to do it and, although finding the replacement panels required more than a simple visit to the local Home Depot, Victor managed to locate the exact material and our patio cover is beautiful and light-filled again. We appreciated his work ethic so much (showed up when he said he would, worked all day, cleaned up afterwards), we added another task to wash the siding and bricks on the house and garage. I can't say enough about how pleased I am with the work he provided. You cannot go wrong hiring this pro."

Tommy Pye came over and gave us a quote on replacing and painting some rotten wood on the garage and on the house. He emailed us a detailed breakout of the work he would perform.  Our Son is a Construction Superintendent in Austin and  had told us the price we should expect to pay for doing what we needed and Tommy was "right on".

He showed up at the agreed time, 1:00 PM, and got right to work. He primed all of the material he had picked up and started to tear out the rotten wood.  He had to "customize" several of the siding boards which he did not anticipate but did not make a big deal out of it; just got it done. He got one side of the garage done and shut down around dark thirty.

He came back the next day and brought his helper, his 20 year old son, Christian. They got right to work . Tommy had to leave and left Christian to finish up. They had done everything they had agreed to do. We walked the house to see if there was anything they missed and found three other things we had missed during the original quote. Christian said he would take care of them. One of them required him to climb about 25 feet on his ladder to get to. He did it, no problem.

We asked if there was any additional charge do add these things on and they said no. They even left us a tube of calking to use if we needed it. 

We would hire them again in a heart-beat. My wife and I were very impressed by their friendliness and professionalism.

"The crew was excellent worked hard and did a great job. I had two separate jobs going removed old driveway and prep for new concrete.Also they removed a big rock by my pool and did spray deck . Between weather delay and them working hard. They completed the job and it is great. I would recommend them for your next project.
