He was thorough in explainig my options, helpful in filling out papers for my orders and for financing, He was fun to work with and I recommend calling him if you want a new sunroom or enclosure. I had some installation glitches but the company was good at fixing the problems. I love my new enclosure and I'm glad I hired Patio Enclosures."

No feedback after a week, I contacted the company with no response. Followed up again a week later and no feedback. I scheduled time away from work only for them to blow me off, expected the service to be well over $1000. I can understand if it turned out to be something they weren’t interested in but poor customer service to just not communicate.
