I was unsure of many steps during this process but Art Fences always reassured me it would be beautiful, and it is! The neighbors love to admire the work done. Customer service is wonderful! Leave a message, they WILL call you back ASAP! I left 3 messages for quotes on the fence and gate but Art Fences called back quickly and came out for an estimate in less than an hour. They got the job!

They have been prompt, delivered/installed on time as promised. Used way more concrete to set post than anyone else would have. Already hired them for another project.

Art Fences was great to work with. They provided excellent service. Julio and his installers were very professional, and Julio was able to work within our schedule (including coming by on a Saturday to give a quote). He and Karin from the main office were very responsive during the planning, permitting, and installation. In the end, the fence was high quality and exceeded our expectations, and the cost was comparable to other quotes we received. I would highly recommend them!

I had Art Fences install an automatic gate at my previous home 13 years ago and they installed another one at my new home. I loved the first one but this new gate is super nice!! My neighbors have complimented on how good it looks and goes with the style of our home. They are very professional and listen to the needs of the client.

Very pretty gate

Had Art Fence remove my old drive way and side entry gate and inatall a new set of gates with a solar powered driveway gate opener. Both the initial crew and the second crew were both hardworking and it is quite obvious they know what they are doing. Very pleased on the quality of the work. Hughly recommend!!

First complaint is for customer service since they never follow up after an appointment. They dont confirm it or follow up with any call or whatever. Second complaint is my gate only worked for one week, they showed up to investigate but i had to call them to send someone to fix it but never showed and always state they will callback, but they never do.

Good fence!

Easy to communicate with and dependable. Showed up exactly when they said they'd be there to install our driveway gate. Very hard workers and took into consideration all the surrounding variables to give us the perfect gate. It was exactly what i had expected. I LOVE it!!

Such a great customer service. Although the winter storm here in Texas delay services Art Fences continued to stay in communication with their customers. Not only did they do a superb job after the services were rendered they followed up with us to ensure we were satisfied. Art Fences thank you so much for everything we truly love our gate.

The owners of this company were easy to contact and would respond quickly if we had to leave a message. They answered any questions we had and were always courteous, I never felt rushed in my conversations with them any time I called. We had wasted time with 2 other companies who either never bothered to respond or gave a generic estimate over the phone which included the cost of things we werenâ t even interested in. Art Fences came to our home within a day of my call and gave us an estimate on the spot. The crew that did the work was professional and cleaned up behind themselves very well.
