"Beware of this agency. Total incompetence and Zero customer care business. Offered a 10 year warranty during installation of the Kinetico water softener. Th cheap plastic parts in this machine obviously failed, and infinity systems was called in for repair. They took the trip charge and service charge but didn't have the parts to repair. The technician said they would call back and schedule repair. Never heard back from this business. Called three times the shop, each time they had a different story. Now they say the parts are in stock but they will not honor the warranty. Total scam in my view, stay away"
