Beware of this agency. Total incompetence and Zero customer care business. Offered a 10 year warranty during installation of the Kinetico water softener. Th cheap plastic parts in this machine obviously failed, and infinity systems was called in for repair. They took the trip charge and service charge but didn't have the parts to repair. The technician said they would call back and schedule repair. Never heard back from this business. Called three times the shop, each time they had a different story. Now they say the parts are in stock but they will not honor the warranty. Total scam in my view, stay away

My recommendation stay away of this company. The sales representative came to my new home to show the equipment and we decided to buy the system, I asked to install the system inside the garage to avoid the degradation due to the Houston weather but they swear that I won't have any issue because the materials quality were excellent, and after 1 and a half month due to the winter one part of the system were damaged and this damaged was not covered by the warranty so I have to pay 400 usd to replace the excellent materials, 1 year after due to a water leak we called them to do maintenance to the system and to fix the water leak due also to the poor material quality, after wait for almost a month because they don't have the filters to do the maintenance they came to my home and I was charged again to fix the system, When we asked them to relocate the system they were rude and never answered our petitions, so don't waste your money with this company.

Infinity is the worst company that I came across. They don't care about customers and the way they respond to customers is too bad. I have water softener with Infinity and it was replaced last year, filter was replaced few months back and the technician did not fix filter properly and it started leaking and messed up the wood under the sink. I called the customer service and they were so rude while communicating and mentioned that I have to pay $179.99 service fee to come, check the problem and give quote to fix it. Does it make sense? It was their filter and changed by them. Not at all recommended

Abel and the guys couldn't be more professional. He was so responsive. He called almost immediately after I placed the request on Angie's list and we spoke for almost 45 minutes due to me having so many questions. He was very patient and explained everything I asked about in layman's terms. This was even after I told him I was still shopping around so I hadn't promised I'd be using his services. He came by in his van and demonstrated the system to me the same day. His response and professionalism didn't want even after the work was done. I couldn't be more impressed with the services provided to date. Thank you.

Our system has now been not fully functioning for 21 days. Half of it working. We have been discussing with the corporate office through emails asking for status. They told us to expect a call today from their dealer, Infinity Water, in Cypress TX, but no one ever called again. This Kinetico system has an 8 year warranty. Sounds like Breach of Contract to me.

Professional and efficient, as always. We have been Infinity Water (and its predecessor) customers for almost 13 years. We purchased our water softener from them, as well. The office staff and technicians are friendly and well informed, technicians arrive when they say they will be here, and their pricing is competitive.

I had multiple problems with them and could never get a good response from them for any of my directions. It was a bad experience. They came and installed it but there was a leak which they came and fixed immediately. But then they fixed it in such a way that the unit wasn't working at all for few months. When I tried to return their equipment, they started the process and then told me that I cannot return it and there is no refund. They lied to me in the beginning which we realized later. They kept an appointment to come and fix it and they never showed up. When I called them back they were trying to tell me that the refund is not possible even if I return the equipment. It was very unprofessionally managed. The guy who I dealt with never showed up and when I finally talked to him, it was too late to refund. When I wanted to talk to their head of the company, they told that he will call me and he never did.
Response from Infinity Water Systems

"This customer purchased a system had it installed and then after several months told our salesman that she had not received approval from her husband and he was mad at her for buying the system and that she should return it. We told her that that was not a valid reason to return the system. She then started saying that the system wasn't working and we responded to her service requests at no charge. She is mad that we won't let her return the system. Additionally, we helped this customer by allowing her to make payments for the system. She was happy we could accommodate her financial condition. Once the call to return the system started she stopped payments and never paid the full amount for her system. We have not bothered her for additional money and will still respond if she has a call for service."

We purchased a new house that came with a reverse osmosis system for the kitchen.  To turn it on they sent out a tech/salesman to activate the system.  After flipping a couple valves the salesman then spent 10-15 minutes trying to sell me a water softener, and was incredibly pushy.  Pushy enough that I would be more inclined to ditch the reverse osmosis system for another so I would never have to deal with them again (if I couldn't find a different location to get the replacement parts).  Amazingly unprofessional.
Response from Infinity Water Systems

"We install reverse osmosis systems in all of David Weekley's homes in the Houston area. The systems are given to the customer by David Weekley for free. We activate the systems after the home owner moves in for several reasons. One reason is to check and see if they are functioning properly and another is to show the homeowner how to maintain the system. The systems are installed during construction and can be damaged by workers before the home is completed. And yes, one reason is to show the home owner other products we sell and to see if they have any interest. We have been doing this program since 2005 and have met with and presented products to thousands of new home buyers. This is the first person I am aware of that felt that the process was annoying. I know that some people find any attempt to solicit unacceptable, but I have to say 10-15 minutes to enter the home, activate the system, show the home owner some of the other products we sell and then leave is hardly an "incredibly pushy" situation."
