"I contracted this company to move a single piece of furniture. On the agreed upon date, after numerous attempts to reach my contact (Dewayne), someone named Destiny called to tell me that the truck had been in an accident and we rescheduled for the same time the next day. On the following date, after waiting for over an hour past our agreed time, and attempting, again, to contact the company numerous times, we left. Nearly two hours later, we were advised that they had shown up to collect the piece to be moved. I was given an estimate for 3 movers @ $50/hour with a minimum of 2 hours and an estimated time of 1.75 hours. Simple math indicates that this is $300. In reality, only two movers were present. However, I was charged $370.62 for this move and after - again - numerous attempts to contact Dewayne, I was forced to dispute the overcharge with my credit card provider. I have rarely dealt with such a lack of professionalism and urge you to NOT hire this company for any reason."

He also did not properly load pool table slates that were prepared ahead of time for a cross country move. He laid them down instead of standing them up cause one to completely break in half. He assured me when I hired him he had insurance and we signed a contract that did not state a timeline of damage notification. Now he says I only had 3 days to notify him when he knew the move would be over a week. All I want is the insurance information to file a claim which he is refusing to give. In this time of your life, Welift strive to be helpful, not harmful. Welift was recently started in December 2020 by Sydnee and Luke Nafrada. Their goal was to change the moving industry by providing a better quality and more affordable service.
