"Owner was not on site for installation, and it ended up being done wrong. Brackets are sticking out 1/4 to 1/2 inch outside of drywall making it impossible to install backsplash without seeing exposed brackets. Owner agreed to remove and reinstall slab correctly then said he would grind them down (without having insurance and with faulty equipment) even though thats not what we agreed on. Im having to pay out of my own pocket for get this installed correctly. Very disappointing after paying $2562 for fabricatation/installation not including materials."
