"We've just now come across this and have looked into the matter as we were very surprised to learn of this. Foremost, we are very sorry to hear that you weren't completely satisfied with our work. It is not our tendency to leave either clients or projects sloppy or unprofessional. Yes, it has been confirmed that you called and emailed to which you were responded to. Maybe not always the same day, but definitely within reasonable time. As per the calls, we did schedule our teams to come out to your project to retouch the work you requested. We went out to your home 5 times after we received final payment, hence, we are unsure of your statement that once paid we never returned. Now, only once out of the 5 times was someone actually home for our scheduled appointment to allow us to enter to do our work, for a short amount of time not allowing us to complete the request entirely. We were to return to complete everything, however, nobody ever opened when we arrived. In other words, we attempted 5 times (after payment received) to work with you on your requests. We don't understand where the statement that once paid the client is not a priority. In our eyes, a client (whether new or old) will always be a priority, but of course as with any business there comes a point that we have to move on as well. That one time that someone did allow us in, besides doing some of the retouches we even fixed some electrical outlets for you that actually had nothing to do with our project and yet we didn't even charge you for it. And, we nor our subcontractors would never place a wood that was not dry. 1) It's not good practice, and 2) if that would've been the case it would never have been painted properly - which it was. That wood maybe coming off due to humidity, you are correct, but not exactly because of the wood itself. Some houses do have issues with humidity, for example, as we live in Houston. Again, we are very sorry to hear that you were unsatisfied with the project."
"Thank you so much for trusting us with your project! We look forward to working with you again!"
