"I am very thankful to have found GM Appliances. They were very responsive to get me scheduled for my LG refrigerator repair. They called the manufacturer to handle the warranty details. Their pricing was less than I expected. They were very polite and communicative throughout the entire process. The service technician was professional and knowledgeable about my particular brand of refrigerator, which happen to be difficult to do work on according to several other companies that wouldn’t even accept my repair job. GM Appliance is a rare company these days. They were fair and treated my like I was their only and best customer. I cannot recommend them enough."

"Not well I called and asked to order Control panel for my freezer. I gave them part number from the control panel from the freezer which did not match the part on the internet According to the model number Of the freezer on the internet at no time did she ask me model number of the freezer I was told this sometimes happens the numbers change. I read the part number to the lady from the part from freezer and what internet said. They should have been the experts here. When my husband picked up the part he was told to look at it and from sight it looked like correct part. They ordered the wrong part. Therefore part did not work. Sent a serviceman out, service did not know what he was doing. Was confused needed a Manuel, colluded not get in touch with tech support. Said we have a bad board. He later called me and said I ordered the wrong part. When I read him the part number off of the original he said they gave you wrong part. When I called benchmark the owner was extremely unprofessional and very rude and arrogant. Informed that “ I deal With this all the time people try to fix a problem, and they screw up. No excuse me but if I called asking for help and told them what my part I needed and was confused on why rather different numbers in parts maybe he should take his arrogant rudeness and train his employees s to be more helpful. No be so rude and arrogant on the phone when they screw up. After all had they would have gotten me the correct part I would have had the issue fixed. Owners need to take an anger management coarse I have NEVER had someone talk to me in this fashion, from what I understand this is his norm. Do not recommend if you need anything go to reliable parts in the woodlands much nicer."
