I am very thankful to have found GM Appliances. They were very responsive to get me scheduled for my LG refrigerator repair. They called the manufacturer to handle the warranty details. Their pricing was less than I expected. They were very polite and communicative throughout the entire process. The service technician was professional and knowledgeable about my particular brand of refrigerator, which happen to be difficult to do work on according to several other companies that wouldn’t even accept my repair job. GM Appliance is a rare company these days. They were fair and treated my like I was their only and best customer. I cannot recommend them enough.

GM appliance staff were courteous and friendly on the phone, making setting up appointment easy. They sent a guy over in a matter of days. The first visit was brief because after 5 minutes of looking at the fridge he said it was a sensor that needed to be replaced and I'd have to unplug the fridge for 24 hrs. I did and he returned the next day as promised to replace the sensor. The repairman was quick and to the point. I have no complaints about services rendered and would definitely recommend to a friend. I thought the pricing was fair (I was honestly ready to pay more). I was charged labor, new sensor and taxes. Overall, very happy with GM Appliance Service-- give them a chance!

Recommended against repairing. They were very prompt, competent and had energetic follow up. Stood out from the other competitors I contacted from Angie’s list.

Unfortunately the oven cannot be repaired. However, Yuri (repairman) came out several times at our convenience to try everything he could. He replaced the gas valve twice. Jennifer (Office Manager) did not make us pay for the valve or the additional service calls once the determination was made that it could not be repaired. You will not find a nicer or more professional repair company around. I would recommend them to anyone needing an appliance repair.

Called late afternoon and had service man come the next morning. He had to get the part and came next day and repair was done. Quick and well done service.

GM Appliance Repair responded to my call right away when I called and was polite and courteous getting details from me on what I needed. They showed up to give an estimate when they said they would be here and practiced social distancing while giving the estimate. After review, a repair was suggested. The initial visit cost is deducted from the repair bill if you decide to do the repair. Very low pressure. After the part was ordered they came back at the time agreed to. No 12 or 6 hour time of arrival window - thank goodness! and again practiced social distancing. Very important to my family because we have a high risk family member at home. Repair was made and price was exactly as stated. Very nice, easy to understand repair explanation, and very helpful and personable office person. They came when they said they would. Quick and Easy. Reasonably priced. What else can you ask for? Highly recommend
