Wonderful! The gentleman who came to service the garage door was professional, helpful, and did a great job.

They were polite and professional on the phone but it was Friday before the Labor Day weekend and they couldn't come out until Tuesday. The were very apologetic.

It works perfectly!

Appointment was easy to make. Call operator was very nice and helpful. Technician, David, was courteous, professional, and quick. Arrived within scheduled appointment window. Replaced springs, and disposed old ones. Checked thoroughly prior to completion of work to ensure springs we're right tension and that garage door settings were good to go. Would use again and would recommend.

Smooth and quick

I called late in the afternoon, and the technician was at the house the following morning (a Saturday). Work was done quickly, and price was fair.

I had the broken spring, plus a matching spring for the other side and all of the rollers replaced with nylon rollers. My garage door is now much quieter than it used to be.

Fine. System was less than a year old and needed a board for opener. Part was under warranty but had to pay $100 for labor. I thought that was excessive for a warranty repair. I mean do you back your products or not?

They replaced the spring and rollers on the first door and repaired the frame on the other. Both doors work like new now.

Replaced spring and done within 1.5 hr great attitude.

Came when they said they would, immediately responded to my concerns. I don't know if the price for the spring was competitive because I didn't get other estimates. The price for the opener was about the same as (or perhaps slightly higher than) Home Depot or Lowe's.

The service technician was timely and professional. I would hire them again!

Amazing! We had a lot of work done to our house so the old garage door had to be removed first, then install the new door and opener another day. Our contractor said that he would do the work that needed to be complete on a certain day but failed to do so. I had to call and reschedule with Sears several times and each time they were friendly and did not seem annoyed at the inconvenience. Mo, the salesman, was very polite and informative. Armando, the installer, was so friendly and meticulous.

It didn't seem like a rip off to me at the time. They were either gonna fix it one time and come back and charge me again or fix it this one time and come back as long as I wanted, 3 or 4 years. I know he had to come back again because he didn't do it right the first time. They came back the next and fixed it. We were kinda freaking out because we were stuck in our garage and I couldn't go to work and they needed to get over there and fix it. It hasn't gave us any problem since. It was the same tech. They did there job.

I set an appointment. They followed up with reminders, and on the day of the appointment, kept me informed as to the technician's schedule. The install was quick and the technician answered all my questions.

They were great. They came out, inspected my door. They were able to actually tell me the problem without having to do any labor. So that was really nice of them. They were upfront. I used a coupon through Angie's list. They were able to able to show my the issue without charge because it was simple. They came in, checked the door out. Saw it was a simple fix with the laser. The beam that controls the door from closing. It was just slightly out of line so they were able to fix from what the original builder had done. I like how they were able to be honest and upfront. They came out very punctual and friendly.

He was very nice and efficient with the time and quality of the work.

We went with Sears instead for our garage door service.  There was a bent track on an overhead garage door.  They were here February 5th of 2017.  I don't remember the exact cost, I remember it was reasonable.  It was an initial visit and then a return so it took about three hours, maybe two hours.  He described the problem with very little add on, just fixed it, he didn't try to sell anything. 

The work was very nice and with good quality. The tech was polite and explained everything I asked. Maybe the price can be a little lower if I called another company but I did not compare. Overall, good service and I will call them again.
