Buster & Cogdell Builders

Buster and Cogdell built a home for us in 2007. We were very pleased with the finished product and they were extremely easy to work with (prompt, friendly, accommodating, etc.). We had twins in 2010 and suddenly, as a family of six, needed more space. Buster and Cogdell happened to have built a spec house that was available and suited the needs of our family perfectly. Having already worked with them, we knew that we would be purchasing another high quality home. This house has been a dream for us. Though we did not make any of the selections, we could not be happier. We recently had a decorator in the home and she was commenting on the high quality on the hinges used on the cabinets. In my previous experience, I have seen builders skimp on plumbing parts and other items they don't think people will notice--especially for a spec home. In another instance, some construction debris from next door caused some problems for an a/c unit. We use Aabacus (also on AL). The repair man said we have the best unit available. (Again no skimping to pad their margins). Should we ever need another home, they will be the ones we will choose.
