I purchased a whirlpool front loadwasher and dryer set. It was in like new condition. I saw the same set at Sears for over a 1,500. They delivered it the same day. And I haven't had any problems with it.

You can get extremely cheap appliances from this store, but if anything goes wrong do not count on them coming out to fix the appliance. They will not answer the service phone. You leave message, and then nothing happens. I have called every single day for a week with no response. Do not be tempted to buy used appliances from this company. If you do, then please be aware that you will NEVER be able to get service out to help you when you need it. This is an unreliable company that will not return your phone calls. Please be aware of the risks of doing business with this company.

THE SERVICE LINE IS FOR AFTER HOURS CALLS . AND THE RECEIPT HAS TWO OTHERS NUMBERS TO CALL FROM 9 TO 6 FOR SERVICE I ANSWER THEM ALL DAY LONG . SECOND ..YOU SAID THAT AFTER THEY CAME OUT IT WAS STILL LEAKING SO YOU DID IN FACT GET A SERVICE PEOPLE DONT REALIZE THIS IS SMALL STORE WE TRY VARY HARD TO GET TO EVERYONE AS SOON A S POSSIBLE .AND LAST WE TAKE CASH CREDIT AND CARD ..BUT WHEN CUSTOMERS WANT A LOWER PRICE THEN WHAT WE ARE ASKING WE ASK THEM FOR CASH A DEAL FOR A DEAL ... WE STAND BEHIND GOOD SERVICE AND EVEN THO YOU LIVE IN A TWO STORY HOUSE IN KATY OR OWN A STORE YOUR SELF . WE STILL GIVE GIVE AND GIVE ..."
