The install went very well and was completed in a timely and professional manner.  They had to cut the existing cabinet due to the larger opening requirements for the new applicances and all looked seamless.  Can't remember the install cost at this time but the cost was very reasonable.

Very well. We replaced our previous Jenn Air cooktop with a new one. What impressed me the most was that the installer took the time to completely re-engineer the downdraft pipe into our foundation. This dramatically improved the performance of the fan and was not part of what we expected.
The installer alone was reason to buy from these guys.

Viewed items purchased in the store, was quoted fair price, and advised of delivery time, approximately week to ten days. Installers called prior and arranged an installation date and time. Installers arrived on time, as scheduled and intalled items in a very professional manner. After installation they hauled off all packing materials and old appliances.

Very well from initial purchase to completion of installation.

Even though I did not want to keep the item, I was convinced by the delivery man that the company would stand behind the product. I later discovered that the shelves and the drawers can not be changed in any way or the doors will not close. Shelves in the freezer section door will not even stay on the track. The final straw is that any food put next to the wall dividing the freezer and the refrigerator section results in frozen food. I have contacted the salesman, Jon F. He refused to act on his promise. I called the district manager Kevin K. on at least three occasions regarding the problems. I am still waiting on his call. I plan to visit the company personally to see if I can get some remedy for my peace of mind. Either I want my money back or I want someone from Built-in Appliance to visit my home and come up with a solution that satisfies both of us. Most of all I am tired of being ignored.

I really enjoyed working with this company. Their showroom had many options and samples to look at for special order items, whereas other stores (Lowe's & Home Depot) only had catalogs to look at for special order ovens. The salesmen were friendly and helpful, and the transaction was easy and painless. They estimated 2-3 weeks for delivery of my oven to the warehouse, but it arrived in less than a week. It was installed in my home the week after I ordered it! Other stores had quoted upwards of $150 to $170 for delivery and installation! These guys delivered and installed the oven for $79. The installer was friendly and knowledgeable and even reinforced the frame to make the oven extra secure. It was a very pleasant experience.
