We have to rehire someone else to redo it. We got some money back. He was so rude to us. Said we were the worst customers he ever had. I have never been so insulted. He later apologized. Never was able to to it correctly and took a long time. Never came to check on his crew. Was surprised being I got his name on Angieâ s list.

Had air leak from my pool and they charged $125 service charge for 5min where the repairman claims he just hand tightened the pump union that did not correct the issue so he returned for second trip and cracked / broke the pump union from over tightening then tried to blame me for it and left. They have not returned my call nor made any attempt to correct. I had to buy the plumbing fitting myself and replace just to get my pump running. I would not recommend this company for repairs. Update 5/18/21 I am adding to by bad review I left because I finally received a voicemail after 5:00pm today Tues since I left a voicemail Fri morning before noon Apparently they did not care that my pump was down due to their repairman breaking it and not follow up on my voicemail since Fri Am I had to search for parts and perform the repair myself to get my pool up and running again Apparently this company could care less that their repairman broke my pump and let me to fend for myself since Fri am!!! Let me repair it myself!! I Will NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!!
